MXR Bass Preamp
The MXR Bass Preamp is a compact unit that combines a high-quality bass preamp with a studio-grade Direct Out, optimizing pedalboard space. It enhances passive basses, improves amp sound, and customizes tone for specific songs. Key features include:
- Separate Input and Output level controls
- 3-band EQ with sweepable midrange (250Hz to 1kHz)
- Constant Headroom Technology™ for clean sound
- PRE/POST EQ switch for Direct Out signal control
- GROUND LIFT switch to eliminate ground loop hum
Factory preset for buffered bypass and active Direct Out, it also has internal switches for true bypass mode if only the ¼” out is used.

Refund/returning items
We do not accept order changes after the confirmation and payment of your order. After your product is delivered, Refunds are only possible if it is caused by our error (damaged/defective product, or incorrect item, etc.). To help us ascertain if your refund request is possible, please provide us with specific reasons for your refund request (reasons supported with photos where possible) via email to: enquiry@davisguitar.com – Please include your address too.
If the refund/return is approved, we shall provide you with an address for you to post the items you wish to return to. Please have the items in proper packaging and mail it back to the address we provide strictly within 2 days from receiving your items. The length of time your Refund in transit is beyond our control, your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account.
