We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. If you need to return an item, follow the simple steps outlined below. Make sure to meet the return eligibility criteria to ensure a smooth process.
How to make a return?
- We do not accept order changes after the confirmation and payment of your order.
- After your product is delivered, Refunds are only possible if it is caused by our error (damaged/defective product, or incorrect item, etc.).
- To help us ascertain if your refund request is possible, please provide us with specific reasons for your refund request (reasons supported with photos where possible) via email to: enquiry@davisguitar.com – Please include your address too.
- If the refund/return is approved, we shall provide you with an address for you to post the items you wish to return to. Please have the items in proper packaging and mail it back to the address we provide strictly within 2 days from receiving your items.
- The length of time your Refund in transit is beyond our control, your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account.

We offer reliable shipping with tracking for all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we will always ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping and delivery logistic
Shipment within Singapore are shipped via Singpost. Overseas shipping cost varies by buyer location and the item’s size and weight. Kindly contact enquiry@davisguitar.com for a shipping quote prior making a purchase.
