After your product is delivered, Refunds are only possible if it is caused by our error (damaged/defective product, or incorrect item, etc.). Please have the items in proper packaging and mail it back to the address we provide strictly within 2 days from receiving your items. The length of time your Refund in transit is beyond our control, your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account.
