Electro-Harmonix Intelligent Harmony Machine – Harmonizer / Pitch Shifter
Overview
The EHX Intelligent Harmony Machine instantly creates matching harmonies to what you play. It’s like having one—or even two—guitarists jamming with you at the same time and always in perfect sync. The Intelligent Harmony Machine opens a door to the music of great multi-lead guitar bands and multi-part harmonized solos. Plus, its ability to apply harmonies ranging from simple to sophisticated will totally transform what you play. Of course, it also boasts EHX’s renowned impeccable tracking and genuine musical tone.
EHX Founder, Mike Matthews says: “We designed the Intelligent Harmony Machine for the player who craves maximum power, but in a minimal footprint. You’ll dig its sweet, musical tone and spotless tracking!”
Why Choose the Intelligent Harmony Machine?
-
Intelligent Harmony Mode: Select your key, and the pedal generates single-note, diatonic harmonies based on what you play. You have access to all 12 keys via the Key Selector, and a Major/Minor switch lets you choose whether 2nds and 3rds will be major or minor.
-
Polyphonic Override Mode: This mode performs perfect polyphonic pitch shifts, meaning the pitch shifts you dial up are applied to full chords as well as single notes.
-
Momentary Mode: Instantly change pitch by simply depressing the pedal’s footswitch. The pitch shift is engaged as long as you hold down the switch. You can even set a custom sweep time between the dry and effect signal for dynamic, expressive transitions.
-
Impeccable Tracking & Tone: Delivers flawless tracking and superb, musical tone across all modes.
-
Flexible Routing: A Mix control sets the blend between your dry and shifted signals, and a dedicated Dry output adds extensive signal routing options for complex rigs.
