Refund/returning items
We do not accept order changes after the confirmation and payment of your order. After your product is delivered, Refunds are only possible if it is caused by our error (damaged/defective product, or incorrect item, etc.). Please have the items in proper packaging and mail it back to the address we provide strictly within 2 days from receiving your items.
