These pickups are slightly lower in tone compared to traditional jazz pickups, offering a higher output and richer low end, resulting in a deep sound without excessive brightness. By using hand-ground alnico 5 rod magnets and a custom coil wind, we have achieved a warmer, fuller Jazz Bass sound with a distinctive lower midrange growl. The pickups’ aggressive attack makes them ideal for various rock styles.
