Why Choose the Journey Overhead Travel Guitar?

Designed for Travel

• Patented Collapsible Neck System: Assemble and disassemble in seconds with the stainless steel load-bearing components, push-button release latch, and large adjustment knob.

• Airline Friendly: Packs into its included travel backpack (22 x 14 x 9 in) and can be carried on to most major airlines, fitting easily in the overhead bin.

• TSA-Compliant Backpack: Features a 14-inch fold-out laptop/tablet panel that can be scanned by airport security without removing your device.

• Premium Backpack Construction: Extra-durable Ballistic Polyester exterior, velour lining, padded body and neck compartments, and hideaway padded backpack straps.

Full Tone in a Travel Body

• Wedge Design: The lower shoulder/bout depth is deeper than a dreadnought, allowing the smaller body size to deliver great volume and booming bass.

• Offset Soundhole: Maximizes the resonance and volume of the soundboard. Proprietary bracing and layup structure produce a spectacular tone for such a compact instrument.

• Premium Tonewoods & Hardware: Bone nut, compensated bone saddle, ebony bridge pins, and a carbon fiber bridge with a high break-angle provide the rich tone preferred by acoustic guitarists.

Comfortable to Play

• Ergonomic Wedge Profile: Angles the guitar into your body, placing it in a comfortable position for fingerboard access and viewing. Features a beveled back and beveled soundboard armrest for maximum comfort.

• Scoop-away™ Cutaway: Gives full access to all 20 frets while maximizing the inner air volume of the instrument for maximum acoustical volume.

• Smooth Neck: Matte-finish low-C profile neck with a 24.5-inch scale makes this guitar incredibly comfortable to play. A dual-action steel truss-rod enables fine-tuning of relief to suit any playing style.

Stage-Ready Electronics

• JourneyTek™ Pickup System: Includes an under-bridge passive 3-piezo transducer pickup system that delivers accurate, clear, and natural amplification for any PA system or amp.
