The FIT compression plug system contact by surface not only point, it improved pull out resistance about *10%. It is not too tight and very comfortable fit response. It will reduce potential of noise or signal loss by bad contact or pull out by accident. By the tight fit of plug and jack, it will improve electrical connectivity about *5% and improve signal transmission and tone quality.

Refund/returning items
We do not accept order changes after the confirmation and payment of your order. After your product is delivered, Refunds are only possible if it is caused by our error (damaged/defective product, or incorrect item, etc.). To help us ascertain if your refund request is possible, please provide us with specific reasons for your refund request (reasons supported with photos where possible) via email to: enquiry@davisguitar.com – Please include your address too.
If the refund/return is approved, we shall provide you with an address for you to post the items you wish to return to. Please have the items in proper packaging and mail it back to the address we provide strictly within 2 days from receiving your items. The length of time your Refund in transit is beyond our control, your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account.
