The Pegasus pickup was initially designed for extended range instruments but was later adapted for 6-string players. It features an alnico 5 bar magnet, custom winding, and aims to deliver a warm, balanced tone for progressive metal. With a rich harmonic profile, midrange prominence, and tight low end, it offers excellent chord articulation and pick attack. Suitable for both clean and distorted tones, it includes features like a nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire, and vacuum wax potting for noise-free performance.
