The Pearly Gates neck pickup emulates the original from Billy Gibbons’ 1959 Les Paul, offering a unique midrange emphasis and airy treble. It features a warm low-end, making it suitable for both rhythm and lead playing. The bridge pickup has higher output for added drive, while the alnico 2 bar magnet maintains a focused high end with a distinct Texas sizzle. Handcrafted in Santa Barbara, these vintage output humbuckers include a nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire, and are vacuum wax potted for noise-free performance. Each pickup is made on Seymour’s original winding machine for classic vintage sound.
