The Alpha Omega bass pedal by Darkglass Electronics is more than just an outstanding direct input (DI) device. It also serves as a compact preamp and delivers a fierce distortion effect. Co-designed with Karnivool’s bassist Jon Stockman, the Alpha Omega features a dynamic saturation circuit alongside a 3-band EQ and a balanced line driver. With Level, Drive, and Blend knobs, you can easily adjust and refine both your clean and overdriven sounds. The Growl and Bite switches allow you to enhance or reduce the pedal’s low- and high-frequency saturation. Additionally, dual outputs facilitate effortless parallel processing and routing your signal to a PA or mixing console.
