A guitar buffer equipped with a vacuum tube. Equipped with a “Tube Boost volume” that adds “vacuum tube sound”.
When the volume is at its minimum, “Input 1: Output 1” adds a “vacuum tube-like sound” while maintaining a clean sound. At maximum volume, “vacuum tube amplification” is added to the sound, transforming it into a gorgeous, three-dimensional sound.
Furthermore, the sound of various effectors connected to the back will be richer and higher-grade with added sound pressure and stickiness.
It also has a tuner out.
What is a buffer?
The signal from the guitar is in a state of high impedance, or high resistance. This high resistance state is extremely susceptible to noise and deterioration of sound quality, with a particularly noticeable effect on the high frequency range.
Normally, on stage, we use cables of 5 m to 7 m, and place various effectors between the guitar and the amp. This is like installing various “obstacles” to “high impedance” signals that are susceptible to noise and attenuation.
A buffer effector converts that signal into a “low impedance” signal that is resistant to noise and high-frequency attenuation. By placing a buffer in the first stage of the effect board, it is possible to send the original brilliant tone of the guitar to the amplifier even through various effectors and long cables.
