A new CD cut mechanism, an improvement on the queen cut, features a bush-type joint system and a redesigned body to reduce stress in the high fret area, resulting in a sleeker, lighter shape.
The H-3 pickup from ESP Custom Lab is a high-gain humbucker with a matte bobbin and black logo/pole piece, providing a rich low-mid tone. Direct body mounting tightens the sound further.
The fixed bridge by ESP Custom Lab prevents saddle movement and guarantees effective string vibration transfer to the body.
In the EM-II CTM model, a natural binding technique is employed, showcasing the wood along the edges for an unwrapped binding effect.
The body is left without a base coat, preserving the wood’s texture with just a thin layer of paint. A distinctive texture is created by using lacquer as the top coat.
